Shipping & Returns
We appreciate your business and hope you will shop with us for many happy years to come! Here are a few things to understand when it comes to your orders, shipping and returns.
Orders that are received in our warehouse by 1:30PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped out the same day, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Our warehouse does not ship on Saturday or Sunday, and we are not open on holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including the quantity and weight of the items your order, your location, and the speed of service you request.
For example: USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express will cost more than USPS Economy or USPS Standard Mail. Please note: If your item or combined items weigh more than 1 pound total, your items must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or a high service, such as through UPS or FedEx.
GoBioMed, Inc. reserves the right to select the appropriate service for shipping, per your requested shipping preference and the amount you paid for said shipping. We will always do everything we can to get your item(s) to you as fast as possible and will choose the right shipping to do so.

For Non-Sterile Returns, we provide 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
For Sterile Returns, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
ALL compression garments are final sale. Please make sure you are measuring correctly before placing your order. These items make direct contact with your skin, and for safety and hygienic reasons, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
ALL PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), such as masks, gloves, sanitizer, face shields, and any other item considered PPE are FINAL SALE. Returns will not be accepted and no refunds issued.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. There is a 20% restocking fee for all salable returns, in their sealed, original packaging. Items not returned in salable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
