At Gobiomed (GBM), we comply with all federal and state regulations governing the sale and shipment of medical syringes. Because some states require a prescription or limit syringe sales to licensed pharmacies, GBM does not ship syringe products to those locations.
This policy ensures full compliance with applicable laws and supports our commitment to responsible medical supply distribution.

Ordering Policy
Customers located in the restricted states listed above will not be able to complete checkout for syringe-related products. If your shipping address is in one of these states, the item will be blocked or removed from your cart during checkout.
Because GBM does not process or accept prescriptions, syringe products cannot be shipped to any state that requires a prescription or pharmacist supervision.
Customers in unrestricted states may continue to order syringe products normally.
Why These Restrictions Exist
Syringe sales are regulated at the state level to ensure appropriate medical use and prevent misuse. Since online retailers cannot meet in-person pharmacy or prescription requirements, GBM cannot legally fulfill syringe orders to restricted states.
We monitor changes in state regulations and will update this policy if laws are revised.
