At the time your order is shipped, an e-mail confirmation, along with tracking information will be sent to you.

If tracking indicates that your item was delivered, but you did not receive it, we encourage you to first speak with neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to an incorrect address. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact USPS, UPS or FedEx for assistance, as they are in the best position to help you locate your package. Please also let us know so that we can file a formal complaint on your behalf and attempt to expedite the matter on your behalf.
