Longer coverage, same medical-grade comfort. The Lipoelastic MTmL Comfort is a men’s post-operative extended-length compression vest designed for gynecomastia (male breast reduction), chest surgery, and chest/back liposuction. It offers the supportive fit of the MTm vest with a longer torso for added abdominal coverage. A full-opening front zipper (backed by hooks) and adjustable shoulder straps make dressing easy while maintaining even, comfortable compression through Stage 1–2 recovery.

- Material: RIB knit (approx. 58–60% Polyamide, ~40% Elastane with small Polyester content); latex-free.
- Closure: Front zipper with support hooks; adjustable shoulder straps.
- Length: Extended waist/upper-abdomen coverage (longer than MTm Comfort).
- Colors: Black, Natural (Nude).
- Care: Close hooks/zipper before washing; gentle wash 30 °C (86 °F). Do not bleach, tumble-dry, or iron.
How to Measure
Measure your chest at the fullest point and your waist at the navel. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort during early swelling.

Fit tip: Start on the loosest hook row, then zip the vest. Tighten gradually as swelling subsides. Many patients buy two vests to rotate during washing for continuous compression and hygiene.
