Lipoelastic TB Variant – Full-Length Post-Op Compression Pants
Recover with confidence in the Lipoelastic TB Variant, a medical-grade, full-length (ankle) compression garment designed for the first stage of recovery after liposuction of the tummy, hips, buttocks, pelvic area, thighs, knees and calves. The long-pants design delivers even, comfortable compression from waist to ankle to help control swelling and support contours.
Key Features & Benefits
- Full-length coverage: Ankle-reach pants support thighs, knees and calves for comprehensive lower-body recovery.
- Adjustable fit: Front hook-and-eye closure with three rows to fine-tune compression as swelling changes.
- Stay-put comfort: Engineered waistband resists slipping/rolling for reliable all-day wear.
- Smooth leg finish: Clean-cut or soft-edge hems at the ankles help minimize digging and visible lines under clothing.
- Hygienic opening: Crotch opening for everyday convenience; underwear can be worn over the garment.
- Skin-safe fabric: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified CLASSIC material—gentle on sensitive, post-op skin.

Size & Fit
Measure Waist, Hips, Thigh, Above knee, and Calf according to the manufacturer’s size guide (see product images). Measure snugly—ideally before surgery. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort during early swelling.
How to Wear
- Step into the pants and pull up gently to the thighs and hips.
- Fasten the front hooks on the most comfortable row; tighten gradually as swelling subsides.
- Smooth the waistband and ankle hems so they lay flat without rolling.
- Wear continuously as directed by your surgeon, removing only for hygiene and washing.

Important Sizing and Return Information
Our compression garments are classified as medical devices by the FDA. Please ensure that you have measured carefully before ordering. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help you select the correct size to ensure a proper fit. We also strongly recommend consulting with your physician, especially for post-operative measurements, to ensure the garment meets your medical needs.
